Privacy policy

SuperDojo operates SuperDojo. This explains what we collect, why, and how to get rid of it.
What we collect
- Your email address, so you can sign in and so we can send you renewal notices and the occasional lesson update.
- Your answers to the plan questions and your progress through lessons — which levels you finished, what you submitted at a checkpoint, how many days in a row you have practised.
- Usage events: pages viewed, buttons pressed, where you stopped. We use these to work out which parts of the product are broken.
- Payment details are never seen by us. Stripe collects and stores your card. We receive only the last four digits, the card brand, and whether the charge succeeded.
Ads and attribution
If you arrived from an ad, we record the click identifier that came with the link and send a signal back to the advertising platform when you subscribe, so we can tell which ads work. That signal says a purchase happened. It does not include what you learned or what you wrote in a lesson.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the product: our hosting and database providers, Stripe for payments and tax, our analytics provider, and our email provider. Each sees only what it needs. We do not sell your data and we do not hand your lesson answers to anyone.
What you type into AI tools
Lessons often ask you to do a real task in Claude or ChatGPT. That happens in those tools, under their privacy policies, not ours. We only see what you deliberately paste back into a checkpoint. Do not paste anything into a checkpoint that you would not want stored — and never paste customer data or credentials.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists, plus the period we are required to keep payment records for tax. Delete your account and we remove your personal data within thirty days, except the invoice records the law requires us to retain.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@trysuperdojo.com and we will do it within thirty days. If you are in the UK or the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to count usage. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on the site.
